02-15-09 - Quiet Wetlands

Here's a part of the Bolsa Chica Wetlands that most people don't see.  It's near the new Brightwater housing subdivision.  We took a 4 mile walk this morning and got several interesting shots along the way.  I typically take photos of pelicans when I go to the wetlands, but there wasn't a pelican in sight today.
