So, let's face it... Although I love taking pictures, sometimes I get home late, and I just want to 'get it over with' (getting a daily photo). So today, the nightstand in the guest room became my model. Everything in my house takes on a gold tone. Hmmmm. I suppose I should try to change the white balance for once. (Unfortunately, I missed that lecture last semester, too!) So I guess I'll just have to play with it.
I took several pictures of my model tonight (yes, the guest room nightstand), and I was surprised to see that the one with the most empty space at the top became my favorite. Ya know, my favorite, as far as nightstand photos go....
Later that evening.... Ooooh. I just took other photos in my house (of course, after I published this blog), and I found that Tungsten white balance keeps the color closest to the real color in my house!!!! Very cool discovery!!!!
